Our Vision
Our vision is simple - to generate outsized returns by: sourcing unique opportunities, being disciplined and patient in
our approach and, aligning our interests with all our investment partners
.
Multi-Strategy
We have a multi-strategy investment approach that seeks to generate strong, risk adjusted returns by opportunistically focusing on obscure and overlooked market segments. We consider all opportunities regardless of stage, strategy or type. Instead of focusing on restrictive criteria we look to uncover hidden value. This often results in a preference for distressed or turnaround opportunities.

Deep Value Investing:
Using a highly disciplined approach, we seek to acquire assets and companies trading below their objective intrinsic value. We look at their worth today and evaluate the potential for future value creation and cash flows that can be generated with our operational expertise. We invest when there is not only value but also the possibility to enhance it and furthermore realize it.

High Potential Return:
Correspondingly to our deep value focus, we look for significant, if not exceptional, returns. We only invest in assets and companies when we believe we are achieving a discount to its current value which creates a starting point of a positive outcome. Equally important is our perception on how much the business can increase in value and how quickly.

Global Focus:
Unlike many other investors, we do not focus on a single geographic area. Our global focus combined with our well established professional networks in Europe, Americas and Asia allow us to proactively identify opportunities for attractive investments that others never see. This creates investment opportunities that are more interesting and contributes to the unique return profile of the investments.
Interesting Characteristics:
One recurring theme throughout our investment process is that we look for non-run of the mill opportunities, it cannot be plain vanilla and there is almost always a twist of some sort. Sometimes the interesting characteristic comes from business type or stage, sometimes from the overall strategy, and sometimes from the financial structure used to make the investment.
